Her name is Lemon Blooms and she is filled with vintage.....yummy, yummy vintage!
I have been collecting vintage for about 15 years now and finally decided that I need to part with some goodies, as much as it pains me.
I used to sell vintage on eBay several years back and miss doing that....it really was fun! But, eBay (in my opinion) has since changed and it is not the community it once used to be. At least not for a seller.
Sooooo.....HELLO, Lemon Blooms! The place where all my pretty vintage linens, figurines, ephemera, notions, jewels, accessories and findings will go. I will miss them, but I seriously have NO MORE room for keeping such a wide vintage inventory!
MEET CHLOE. She is my beloved mannequin and a darn hard worker! Ya, sure...she's missing a hand and maybe a few toes, but she is my muse and the lucky gal who gets to parade around in my vintage creations and attire.

Made entirely with vintage linens, a curtain or 2 and pretty polka dots...yum, yum!
....and Sweet Ms. Cheryl had an apron challenge for me....I was not sure at first, but I do like how it turned out....a proud Chloe is flaunting her stuff in it...
Can you tell I have been obsessed with patchwork lately?? Everything I do...I want it good 'n patchy. This too, will pass.
I will have you know...Chloe is NOT all fun and games. There have been many a night/day when I have walked into a room and yelped in surprise at her presence.....she is freakishly tall and SCARY when you don't expect to see her around the corner.

I recieved my yummy linens from you thank you very much. I completly agree with you about ebay as well. I to was a powerseller on ebay for a few years. When they changed it not only cost me more money to sell, but I got more problems. Those stupid stars I tell ya.
I no longer list there either. I just love Etsy though, great place for handmade.

Well, as usual, great minds think alike! I just opened two more Etsy shops and have left ebay. Eventually www.JustALittleOffCenter.Etsy.com will be just vintage and supplies as well as my son's quirky stuffed ninja toys. I set us www.HemmedInPrayer.Etsy.com for my fabric items, including Tushy Cushies of course :) Then I opened one with my sister-in-love to make memorial jewelry at www.AlwaysCloseToYou.Etsy.com. I also started a blog (which I hope I can make as fun as yours one day when I learn the ropes!) at www.MegaMom9.blogspot.com :)
I found it about a week ago, but was in a hurry and forgot all about it! Very CUTE! Loving the fabric!
OHHHHH,Thats MY apron... it looks better on Chloe than me(my boobs are bigger and the bib gets lost)LOL. I love the pictures so I grabbed them to put on my computer. Oh, I have been paying attention to the vintagey goodness. Don't worry, I stalk both of your shops regularly! I'm just perpetually broke (see below!)
Totally agree about eBay. I'm actually still currently a power seller there but they have made it completely unenjoyable. Last year things got bad, this year they are making them worse. I want out out out. Which is hard when it pays your bills. Or should I say - used to. Ugh.
